i am need of help. my husband just landed in canada a week. as i was studying i was shown as non accompying dependent. but now my studies areover. i want to join him as early as possible. kindly any body in same situation pl tell me or guide me , when can my husband sponsor me , i mean to say after how many months can he sponsor me.
can he sponsor me as soon as he gets his PR card.
pl guide me !!!

There is no problem for your husband to sponsor you. He can file for your papers anytime. Spousal applications usually take very little time to process and if your application documentation is complete and done as per requirements, you could be here in leass than 6 months.
