Hi,

We're coming to canada very soon. I have one question can my husband sponsor his brother ?Or He have to apply by himself & only gets blood relation marks go through the same processor for new migrant?

your husband cannot sponsor brother. he can sponsor his parents.
the brother can only accompany parents as a dependent if he is 22 or under or if over 22 then in full-time education.

alternative: brother applies under kskilled category if he gets 67. of course, he'll get 5 extra pts for relative in cda.
