Dear Massood,
My daughter made a landing last July and returned to India after getting her PR card. She got married last week in India, and now wishes to return to Toronto and sponsor her husband as soon as possible.
Please outline the procedure and let us know how soon she could expect her husband to be able to join her. In case we do this through an agent, would it simplify or speed up the procedure? What are the approximate costs?
Would appreciate your guidance.

Go to any neighbourhood office and ask for spouse sponsor package or go to India Rainbow if u dont know of any such office near your residence. No consultant is required. It is a easy process.
PS: I later realised it is for massood. He may reply or attest if I am correct

My daughter wishes to be in India for a month or two. Does she need to return to Canada before beginning the sponsorship process or is there a way she can do it when she is in Mumbai?
