We are PR of Canada. and presently out of country, may come back to Canada in next 2-3 months.
How we i.e. I and My wife can file I.T. return ?
Or Can we file it after coming there ?
if Yes then is there any late fee etc or some other procedure to follow ?

So long as you do not owe CCRA, you can file taxes even after the deadline. And in your case you might end up gettting a refund
Some other tax gurus may guide u too. wait to hear from them.

You can file your taxes late - no problem. However, if you owe any tax which has not been paid before 30th April, you will we charged interest and penalty on that. CCTB is not considered income for IT purposes.
On a separate note, if you do not live in Canada regularly, you are not entitled to CCTB.
