Hi Folks:
At Microsoft the whole team couldn't answer why this happened ...
Try it out yourself...
Bill Gates still doesn't know why it happens......
Open Microsoft Word and type = rand(200,99) and then HIT
ENTER....
If you have any explanation about the outcome, please share with me.
Cheers.

I typed what u said. Nothing happened.
Can u be a little more specific and say exactly what needs to be typed by putting the keystrokes in quotes, spaces if any as <space> or something like that?

ha...ha... interesting. I've got Word 2000, and I got it.
You have to type the following "= rand(200,99)" (without the quotes)
Edit: This is documented at : http://www.support.microsoft.com/kb/q180685/
Thanks to Bison, I got it from http://www.eeggs.com" rel="nofollow">LINK
