Where to find Office 97..?

Try ebay. I got a licensed copy of Office97 from there a couple of years ago, ( - its still running, I need to upgrade). I was on ebay a couple weeks ago and did notice someone selling Office97.

I am just curious why you need it.
There have been at least 3 versions of Office since OF97.
It is not even supported by Micro$oft any more.

Ebay. You should get it very cheap. I got WIn 2000 last year for quite less. Works fine and was able to transfer the license (??).

Why bother with Office 97 ( or any Microsoft products)...

Download OpenOffice
http://www.openoffice.org

It is 100% compatible with Microsoft Word/EXCEL/PPT documents !..You can even save your documents in those formats....

I got a lap top which has windows 98 oprating system and has a Processor Speed-475 , Memory RAM-192 MB Hard Drive -4 GB that is why i was looking for office 97 thinking another high versions will slow down the system and will consume more space on hard drive.
Any Suggestions....
