Will anyone tell us about the value of Indian MBA degree for further studies in Canada??

Its not too valuable, actually it depends, if you have good GPA then it will help you in the application for the further studies, and the only other that I can see is, probably you can get some credit waivers, as you might have done the same courses in the indian MBA.

Kindly, Also give us some information about the cross-functional study fields also to which Indian student students can shift after there Bachelors/Masters and Engineering and/or management.
Try to list these field according to their job potential in Canada..

I don't really understand what you want to ask but let me answer it the way I understood it.
With a bachelors in engineering one can apply to many Masters programs in canada, like MS programs, MBA, Masters in economics etc.
Again, if you have a bachelors in management/commerce/arts, you can apply to MBA prog, or Masters in economics.
Right now I don't really see any fields that have job potential in canada.
If you do the program from one of the top 5 institutes then I would say you have chances of getting a good job.

Also tell us something about getting into govt jobs in Canada and about the scholarships available for higher studies..

Only Citizens and permanent residents are eligible to apply for most of the scholarships, and these are school specfic.
About entering in LAW school, I have no idea about it, but you should check the websites of the universities where such programs are offered, there you can find as to what are the admission requirements.
