Hi Guys,
I have few questions related to PR application. I have just finished my Ph.D in applied sciences from Germany and will be taking a postdoc postion at TO from Aug 2005. I am interested in applying for PR as soon as possible as my present job contract is for two years only. I am not sure if I qualify for applying immediately once I am in To because of follwing reasons.
(1) In my Ph.D work I worked part time on various project to support myself but all of them were part time
(2) I started working full time sinceMarch 2005 but still its less than yr.
(3) I worked as Junior Research fellow at Pune working full time but was paid a stipendium ( Not sure if it counts for full time work experience)

Can you please suggest if I qualify for applying for PR. As far as I understand we need to have atleast one yr of full time work experience. Do my work at Pune qualifies me for that?? not sure as its a stipendium
