Hi,
I am a PR holder currently in India.I landed in Canada in October'04 and came back to India with PR card in Jan'05.
I am staying in India with my wife and son, both of whom are Canadian citizens.
We are not planning to go back to Canada till end of 2006.
I want to know if I will fulfill my PR obligations even if I am in India as I am staying with my wife .
I am confused so any guidance of info wil be highly appreciated.Thank you all.
