Canadian PR holder-student studying in India

Hi Everyone !

I have a questions in my mind. Me, my wife and son,19 became landed Immigrants on Dec 2003. Then, my son who is studying in Pharmacy Degree course in India went back in Feb 2004 with his PR card. Now he looks forward to get in to Canada by Nov 2004 may be for another 2 monts.

My question is,
-would he require to obtain some kind of permission from CHC to re enter ?
-what documents he may require to show at Mumbai airport at the time of leaving India ? I mean, PCC, IT clearance , or any such things ?
I would appreciate if any one can give sufficient guidance.
