I was unable to find any packers & movers who would ship to Canada in classifieds in TOI newspaper. Google search helped in this matter.

I would try to find one local cargo agency. In 97 I moved (Sea Cargo)some of my stuff from Delhi thru one local cargo agent and had no problems.
