Mistake in "Confirmation of Permanent Residence" (CPR) document

Hi all!

I received my CPRs on 28 June for myself, my wife and 5 yr old son.
However, in the "Accompanying Family Members" section of my son's CPR, only my name is printed. My wife's name is missing. I wonder if this is how it should be.

I have written a fax to the High Commission in New Delhi on 1st July and subsequently emailed to them on 5 July. But have not yet received any reply.

Could some please advise ??

Contact any immigration lawyer in that case....
