"A politically explosive report by the Prime Minister's high level committee says that Gujarat has been communally divided after the post-Godhra riots.
The report, which is scheduled to be submitted in October, says that most cities and towns in the state are uncompromisingly divided into Muslim and Hindu quarters.
Sometimes they even have physical barricades running between them. And Muslims in the state continue to face economic and social discrimination and alienation."

I want the cultures of all the lands to be blown about my house as freely as possible.
But I refuse to be blown off my feet by any.
To continue in the same vein... it is strange that the same Hindus (i.e. the Polarised ones) have no problems at all in haggling for the best deals possible from the Surat ( a town in Gujarat) diamond traders (majority muslims) when it suits them. They forget all about the "let's alienate the Muslims" on that front at least.

I am sure Congress and the dummy PM will do a similar "high level investigation" into the way the Sikh community was butchered in 1984 and how they were alienated from mainstream Indian society.
And i am also confident that the same Congress will also appoint a high level committe to investigate on how Kashmiri Pandits are living as refugee's in their own country.
OH! wait. None of these matter to the govt. cuz they aren't a solid vote bank.
Sau chuhe kha ke bili haj to chali.
