Just wondering if someone could help me translate the couple of sentences below.
Rang barse....oh rang barse beeghe chunarvali rang barse...
Holi aaye re Kanaye rang chalke sunade zara bansouri. HOLI AAYE RE AAYE RE HOLI AAYE RE...
I received it as an e-card and have no idea what it says but I feel bad telling the person who sent it that I don't understand. If someone could translate it for me or direct me to a translator I would really appreciate it.
It means Happy Holi, Hope you know what is Holi ?

Some people make Things happen, Some watch Things happen, While others wonder what has happened.............
Yeah I know what Holi is and I knew it said Happy Holi from the english part of the message but what does the rest mean.
some crude translation:
Rang - Colour
Barse - Showers
Bheege - wet
Chunarvli - the girl wearing that chunari (scarf???)
Holi aaye re kanhai - hey Krishna, holi has arrived (it is holi today)
rang chalke - colours are being poured
sunade zara bansuri - treat me to the tunes of your flute
