Sorry, I couldn't translate the last one as it's too much urdu for me to comprehend.
The above are my all time favourites, especially how Jagjit Singh (another legend) shaped them with his golden voice. Ever listened to 'Hazaron khwahishen aisi' from Ghalib and sung by Jagjit? Simply, awe-struck!
Beauty of his poetry to me is that - no mater how you feel, you'll find some relavance with the current state of affairs.

Does anyone know this version is part of what album? I mean the one with brief verbal introduction of Ghalib as posted above? I would like to buy the album.

Decades ago, I enjoyed the Album "Rubayee" from Pankaj Udhas. It had similiar verbal introductions during a few ghazals and I loved it.
