Holi is arriving on March 22nd,2008. Lets get together and enjoy holi and potluck dishes. Bring your families, children, friends, etc, we will celebrate it with holi colors and games.

If you are up for it, say so. Plans will be made accordingly and details will be provided soon, most likely it will happen in Mississauga.

Pl count us in...2.5 members (open for evening).

*All dishes should be prepared in advance.

*Nobody should do more in the kitchen than pop something in the oven for reheating. The dishes should be easy to transport.

*If there are many people attending the party, the serving size of each dish does not need to equal the number of guests. Everybody will take only a small portion of each dish when there are many from which to choose.

*Recipes don't need to be fancy. Dishes that have been handed down through the generations are often the most popular.

*Potluck dishes may include:
-pulaos/biryanis(veg is better than non-veg);
-nan/bread/roti;
-any curry dish;
-salads;
-sweetdish
-soft drinks
etc.

And of course --- paper plates/towel paper/plastic cutlery/disposable cups.

Hi there,

Really wanted my kids to know and see what HOLI is all about. Can you please tell me the exact place where you decide to meet for the pot luck. I'm in mississauga near square one.

Count us in too 2 adults 2 kids.

Also we have some place available for these kind of get-together in our condo, let know if wanna book that.
