The same goes for Scarborough.....

What about Whitby.Is it a good place to bring up my kids.

I will not be working but doing my own business(small scale)

I want to buy a small town house as well as start a business.

Should I go for Whitby or may be Hamilton

Please advice and guide

Social life is very important for me as well as my family.I have friend in
Whitby and Hamilton and they have all++++ for these 2 places

I am looking for either a franchise or a small restaurant.

If you have friends in Whitby/Hamilton and they vouch for the place why dont you buy there? Friends are invaluable in Canada.. like extended family that you can count on in times of emergencies etc.
