Any one using this route Toronto To Buffalo Airport by Car to pick up or drop somebody Any experiences or hassels ?

Yes I have.

1. Dropped the family who was flying from Buffallo to Phoenix for a vacation, and picked them up 15 days later. - No hassles. Just tell them the truth.

2. Dropped by brother-in-law who was visiting us from the US. He flew Phoenix to Toronto and Buffalo to NJ. - No hassles again.

Experiences:
1. Give yourself sufficient time for the border crossing. It's taken anything from 15 mins to 45 mins on the various occassions that I have crossed.

2. DON'T carry raw fruits.

3. I crossed from QEW/Fort Erie onto I-190 and follow the signs to the airport. The airport has 30 mins free parking. If you plan on spending more than that, be prepared to pay or exit the parking and reenter with a fresh ticket
