Hi ,
I am planning to move to canada soon and I am doing CPA in US. I am already a landed immigrant of Canada. I am not sure if CPA here would be equvalent to a CA or a CGA in Canada.
I have read in the previous posts that you need to submit all the required documents before entering Canada. Can I submit it later on and waive UFE and just take CARE?
Please help if anybody has any pointers regarding this issue..
Thanks

Even if you have done CPA before landing, Ontario CA Association still assesses your experience and may ask you to do atleast 24 months of training.
It is likely (only if circumstance pushes), CA Association may change with Bll 94 becoming full operational as on Nov 1, 2005. CGA , CA and CMA are on same boat if they need to practice in Ontario
