I wanna ask what is quality assurance process? and does it speed up the process of PR, if ur application got selected in that?
My sister applied for immigration at CHC New Delhi, and she just received her file no, in it there is a paper enclosed which mentioned that \"we select some applications randomly for Quality Assuarance Process. and If you are selected for QA process, we will carry out these procedures quickly.\"

A way of testing their system and processes to see whether the level of service is within their targets and that the quality is within acceptable range. It can mean a variety of things to your file. It may fasten your processing by a few months or sometimes, delay it by a few months.
CIC has introduced this QA where a number of cases are selected randomly and the files are examined to ensure they are being processed properly. This is where they can pick up any problems & possibility of favouritism & corruption.
