I applied for my mother.
I received letter from CIC.
Asking some document with application form within 90 days.
If we fail to submit that within 90 days they believe your parent are not interested to immigrate.
If we would like to process a file from USA is it possible?
How long it takes to process the file from USA.

The info you given is not sufficient.

Anyway, the process in USA takes around 2 years plus. Prior to that Assessment of Sponsor takes around 4 years plus ..... I do not know when you have applied .... but you are looking around 7 years of total process time.

Try for Super Visa ..... at least she can stay with you for some time.

I applied in July 2008.
I received letter (which one I mention before) in dec 2011.
Please let me know how long it takes.

CIC is creating a Global Case Management System. All sponsors whose file are pending at CPC Mississauga are receiving letters to get their files updated. You need to get the forms filled in by your parents, attach the supporting documents mentioned in the letter and submit the entire package to CPC Mississauga. Please ensure that the submission is before February 25 - 90 days from the issue of that letter. Incase you have any further questions, please feel free to call me.

Do we have to fill in the form

'Additional Dependants - IMM0008DEP'

as I am only sponsoring my parents? Should we include this and say "N/A" or leave it out totally.
