Parent immigration file in process...planning to moving USA
Please advice,

I have my parent immigration is filed in delhi since June 2003, as we know it's not moving...... I m not sure still how long it will take. May be 1 year, 2 year. Any idea?

I will be citizen soon, and then planning to move US. but my parent file is in process. ... wht should I do? I will continue to pay for taxes...etc.. I am planning to go for counslting on canadian company..

Please advice, wht is going to impact on thier file.

Are they going to inquire again before issuing to immigration visa. I thought they check before approving application from canada???

That's wht I am not sure. Also; I don't know what they check in canada when they call parent for interview or visa stamping.

Also, They prefer to send all updates in file should informed to immigration example, change of address, marital status etc.. so If I go and work in US under NAFTA, there should be some information my passport and if I have to inform them this updates.. (don't know really have to or not) wht happen to their file.

Sure, I am going to keep one permanent address in canada; and working temp. in US. so don't know how to handle this..
