I attended the V3 event planed by MAHIRAM on 3rd December at the Docks in Toronto. The posters on the Mahiram and the Docks website all adverstised a show featuring Arjun Rampal, Atif Aslam, and the Docks poster also featured Bally Sagoo.
As it turned out, all that realy materialised was three minutes of Arjun Rampal on stage and that was it!

There were a variety of local bhangra bands, a couple of dance troupes but none of what was advertised. For a company that proclaims itself the fastest growing media portal - it was a shame and a scam.

There was a good crowd that was screaming 'Atif - Atif' - almost all dispersed immediately when it was disclosed (almost at the end) that Atif is not coming. None of the administration were visible at that time.

It also reflects badly on the artist and in future artists should not work with event planners who are so ill organized and frankly - frauds. If there was a change / Atif was not turning up - atleast they should have notified on their websites. I had called them up to inquire about age limit, dress code the same day in the morming and was not told of any change.

I was with a large group most of which had driven over from other cities, purchased VIP tickets, only for random artists and an overpriced bar! Needless to say we were all very frustrated, angry and disappointed. We all left vowing NEVER to attend another Mahiram hosted event.
The only decent thing for the organizers should be to atleast tender an apology and a refund. I have been trying to contact them - with no success. I dont know if anyone else on this forum shares the frustration and anger at this scam

Extremely disgruntled
