The new PM will have a new cabinet by January and Coderre will most likely be replaced as immigration minister. The new minister may well listen to those people who are in favour of increasing the passmark to 70 or 72. THIS IS NOT CONFIRMED INFORMATION BUT JUST MY HUNCH ...
