Are your mails getting delivered in time by this freepostit.com Free delivery service??

Some of my mails took almost 7 days to get delivered in INDIA from Canada.

Overall this is good service for me but I think that this Free service should reduce delivery time.

Lets share experience about this service.

Any feedback will be helpful for the people using this service.

Hey! it took 5 businesss days for a message + 6 pictures to get delivered from me , addressed to myself. but the service is free. so who can complain.
I got all the 6 photos in maxi size and of very good quality prints. This would cost me 89cents each at shoppers.
So it is very good service. Those who care 2 paisa about privacy and ethics should use this service.
Use it while it is still free and while it allows 4 pcitures to the same address per week.
And seema and CD website. if it had not been for you 2 i would have never known about this service. I have told this to all my friends but none of them are ready to use it (lethargy?)

5 business days is acceptable....even if the service is free for users I am sure that this company is making some money somewhere... otherwise they will close their shop.

Their website is not that good but I think their service is great.

They remind me of google in starting where their website was not that good but searches were excellent.

I guess nobody is going to use their service for very personal or private purpose... but good for normal communication... or photo printing purpose.

BUT OVERALL I WILL RATE AS GOOD SERVICE.

Right now the company must be burning through it's capital. It will follow the typical internet company's life cycle with the following stages:

1. Irrational exuberance: Spend money left and right. Don't care about where it goes. What matters is numbers. How many users do you have?

2. Initial jitters: When the target userbase is not achieved within the timeframe. (You need 5 million , you have 5 thousand) That is the time when even more free services are thrown at customers.

3. Outright panic: You know that your initial forecasts are never gonna be met. You have burned through 80% of your capital. You now cut expenses. No more free services. You try to get money by selling your customer's data. Unethical use of customer information is very common at this stage.

4. Death: You have no money. All your financiers are chasing you. You disappear or your company is bought by another more successful company. Your customer data is now PUBLIC PROPERTY. Every name / address is for sale to the highest bidder.



My word of advice: NEVER provide sensitive data to free service providers.

I am really amazed at your mails. You really are full rounded. I am really happy to get advices of people like you.
Well! I send most of my mails to India. Who cares if the personal info. of people in India are compromised. It really does not matter at all. While in Canada, we still have the govt. protecting us. We are not divulging credit card information. We always ust write general things in the letter. So i donot really think that the matter of PRIVACY matters.

I agree with tamilkuravan on Privacy related issue.

Definitely the analysis presented by you is remarkable but who cares unless they ask my bank account or credit card or other personal info.

I definitely agree with you that this freepostit.com service is not for very personal & private stuff. But definitely good for Photos or normal letters.

Any more users will like to share their experience???
