Was wondering if anyone of you on the site has used the services of Your Man in India.com. I saw a similar thread sometime back but not able to locate it now. I am planning to use their service to rent out our flat in India. Any feedback is appreciated.

when they started this service,the cost was reasonable and service was good but slowly and gradually ,the costs kept increasing and the service quality kept going down . Rest is your luck

i tried them for purchasing property in India and they came back with an initial estimate of very high prices .
