My friend want to support his nice daughter in Canada. She is USA citizen. The daughter is already admitted by school in Toronto but school is asking for legal stauts paper in canada or He need to pay very high fee. Any one having idea what is best soultion in such cases. Can he become legal guardian and school allow it? Who ever have information about what shall be done may reply this. Thanks.

If your friend is a canadian citizen, then she is also a cdn citizen. Children born to a cdn citizen are also canadians .

If your friend is not a cdn citizen, he can sposnor his daughter for landed immigrant status but it would take some time to come

3. Doesnt the US have good universities??
