dear sir i wanna know how long these refugee cases usually take, my husbands case is on the basis of religion, after accepting how long it will take me to go there,

Refugee cases take approx. 8-12 months [depending on the court his hearing is].
Aftre he is accepted, you can be in Canada within 6 months or so.

There is huge back log of cases . The decision depends upon the back log. As per current indications, hearing of case starts in about 8 to 12 months and there are few cases where the decision has not been conveyed even after 6 months from the date of hearing.
After the approval of case, it woul take an other 6 to 12 months for you to get the landing papers after your papers are filed.
