Hi There,
I had a question regarding a spousal case that touches the areas of immigration, PR card and Passport.

I sponsored my spouse using her maiden name (as it appears in her passport.) This means that she will be immigrating to Canada using her maiden name.

I would like to know what is the procedure to get her name changed to have my last name (within Canada once she has immigrated) in all her documentation i.e. passport, PR card and other documents she will have in the future like SIN, health card.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
