Hi,
I have recently been given the Go Ahead for a PR after 6 years of waiting from Delhi , I would like my brother to also file for immigration but 6 years is a long toime, I understand that PNP (Manitoba Qubeq) processing is faster as they require people for employment , which PNP ought to be the fastest & how does the Province stand as fas as settlement is concerned
Any experienced guys out there??

although your question is for massod ji, but I think I can give u few advices:-
1) Quebec program takes about 3yrs and not 6 months like other provinces, and french is must for quebec. I have done french and trust me its not a easy job to score points in TEF exam and giving an interview in french for quebec. french is lot easy if childrens are raised in that environment form beginning, and u can't learn a language in a year.
2) Manitoba is good choice, for it the applicant must have a settled immigrant in manitoba to sponsor. and if u can give another 1 yr by living in manitoba and sponsoring your brother then it will take about 1 1/2 yr as compared to 6 yrs as u said. for this u can do the following things:-
a) go to manitoba, find a job and sponsor ur brother after living there for 1 yr.
b) meet the employers in manitoba who are from ur brothers background, then ask them to sponsor ur bro for a hrdc approved job. and ask some lawyer to file a case on behalf of ur brother. it will take aprox 6-8 moth for the whole process. but the thing here is u have to spend 25000$ from getting employers to sponsor and paying money to lawyer.
now plz don't ask how it is done?
and ur bro will be here within few yrs so lets cheers and celebrate for him

yup u r right that tef is not necessary. but u have to give an interview in french and show ur language ability in french, u can opt for aliance francaise (i don't know the exact spellings) courses. but it takes atleast 1 yr for basic french, hope u understand.
