We received CPC Mississauga appproval for my parents sponsorship after a wait of 34 months. Shall apprciate if someone can let me know

1) How long it is going to take for them now to get visa based on timelines of people who got visa for their parents recently?

2) My parents are here on a vist in canada- can they apply for immigration to CIC Delhi from here so that they need not wait till they get back to India to save some time?

Did your parents had to go through medicals for visitor visa to Canada.

Yes Jagmag- my mother went through medicals (twice) for getting visit visa.
