From best of my knowledge rightnow it is taking almost 18 months to 24 months to finish to all process.Atleast 12 month for IA if everything goes right.

If you want to do something for our country, just dont support corruption or be part of it

in a yr or 2, processing from delhi will also get max of 2yrs. the reason being if the new law comes into place from harper's govt, then they might will clear the backlog quickly. and will process the new cases in schedule time. the problem i guess delhi office is facing s cause of 2001 and 02 cases, cause those people have not given IELTS and officer is having problem accessing their files.
2) not proper man power available to chc, new delhi.
