l m waitin for my PPR

l havent submitted my FBI certificate yet.. i was in usa that time...

can i submit fbi certificate to buffalo office where my file is.....through Fedex ??

Do they accept it through fedex ???

And i have petitioned my file through agent who is in canada and i am in india right now....
should i send fbi certificate to agent and let him send it to buffalo as i have heard that if i will send mail from here, CIC might see that post is from india and CIC might move my file from Buffalo to New Delhi, lndia...

You have the FBI clearance certificate with you and you also have an agent. So, keep him in the loop. Send it to him and he will do the needful. That will be the right course to follow.
