PR card expired, need urgent visit to india. VERY URGENT

Hi
My PR card expired in SEP.-2013 and i forget to apply for renewal.
I need to go to india next week, on 26 dec.
can i get any help from CIC office in KITCHENER, or can i get travel documents from Any cic office in toronto within one day. If not
Can i leave canada with expire PR card??
How long it take to get travel documents from india??
Any contact nos. of CIC office.
Any help please.

You need this card. So apply as soon as you can, it takes a day anyway to organize and go through the forms. Get the photographs done here. After that make two extra copies.
HERE IS A QUICK AND EASY WAY : Make two blobs with scotch tape, Stick it to the back of the photographs. Take any 4 x 6 picture you have. Stick these two pr card pictures to the back side of the 4 x 6. Go to any kiosk that hepls you print your own pictures. The machine will now recognize this as a picture, rather than a Passport or a PR picture. It will cost you about 20 cents for the two. You will need these to get your Travel document there in INDIA.
Book a Return ticket from here. I don't think the Travel Agent checks your PR Card. He will check for your Passport for stamping to make sure you have legal entry. If he asks give him a good excuse.
Travel on your ticket and enjoy or complete your journey. Only thing is you will have to wait there till you get your Travel Document in India, for the return. So, apply OR start the process from here and do the balance of the completion there in India, after you land, and as soon as you can. Also enclose a copy of your return portion of your e-ticket. (it is better to leave it open, just in case the TD does not arrive as expected.)

There was a similar post here two days ago. Read that one too. A few weeks ago another gentleman had enough time to get his PR card and he went through the Local MP's office and got his PR card in a hurry. Cost a few bucks more, but now we know that there are ways and means of accomplishing the end results.

I have to come back to canada before 15 Jan. to join my work.
There is a VFS office in gujarat, does they authorized to issue travel documents??

Since some of these items needs time for processing and getting the PHYSICAL POSSESSION of these cards and it involves mailing and shipping, it is difficult to predict when and how they get pushed through the system. Also, the delays in couriering etc., enters into the picture.
I have a vague recollection of 10 WORKING days there in India. Since the time inbetween are Christmas Festivities and N ew Year too, if you take a look at the Calendar of the Canadian High Commission there in New Delhi, you will find that the total time required will be about THREE weeks, provided you have prepared the ground work from here and also paid the required fees etc., to the VFS there in GUJRAT, you will find the delays will be excruciating.
Lot of the emplyees also avail their annual holidays, making the situation worse due to shortage of staff, delays should be expected.
Bon Voyage and return back safely. Also keep us posted how things progressed at that end.

As per i understand,, i can apply for Travel documents only from india,
and CIC office in toronto or kitchner will not help to solve this issue ,
and i can go to india with expire PR card.

Do not worry ... you can get travel document in India without issues... it will cost you $50.
But try to complete all the home work before your leave so that it will easier for you in India.
If you have not stayed 730 days during last 5 years in Canada (Residency Obligation) .... then better not to travel now. You will have problems. I do not think that will be the case with you.
Make sure your photos are sized 35mm x 45mm with white background.
Carry copies available documents to prove that you are a PR and maintaining the PR status obligations ... such as your landing document, PR card, regular bills from any service providers like Robers, lease agreements, CRA Tax Assessment, Children School Records, your paystubs, business documents ( if you have a business) etc.,
