The footage starts by showing the Lok Sabha in Delhi, but the interior of the building and also the dress of the attendants did not look like Lok Sabha as the attendants wear the long caps with frills like the Air India Maharaja and not hats. In one shot you use Kalyan Singh rushing and hiding under the table and hence may be this film is from UP.
Still a similar thing happened in Lok Sabha a few years back. You reap what you sow!.
