what are the possibilities of getting a job for somebody from india who is having good experiance in Accounting with ERP experiance ? How he can get job in Canada

Theoratically - very good.

Practically - well, aren't there so many CAs from India looking for even a permanent Assistant Accountant's job???

Please tell me what is the minimum education requirement in Canada for getting job in the field of Accounting of any level for somebody from india. And what is minimum rate for the same. What kind of short term course need to done in Canada to be eligible to get accounting job ?
