I have recieved my Canadian Visa and am planning to do my initial landing in June'10...how is the job market now particularly for civil planning engineers...which province is better as far as job prospects are concerned..peace

It has been a long time since I heard anything from anyone...please let me know how is the job market now,for civil engineers..I have booked my ticket for 4th June'10. I would highly appreciate if anybody can help me with following questions:-
a) Is it possible for me to get a chance to attend any interview in toronto during my 2 week stay in June'10.
b) Will it be advisable to get myself enroled in some institute for PE license exam. I am asking this because I will be staying in toronto for only 2 weeks this time and will be returning back to Abu Dhabi.
c)Can I start the process of assessment or acredition of my certificates during my stay in toronto. I guess,this is needed for any kind of job search in canada as I have done my engineering from India.
