Dear All,
I am in the final stages of applying for immigration but I am worried about my work experiance. I completed my Masters in commerce this year and most of my work experiance is from the period when I was studying or before the completion of my Masters.
So will this experiance be counted as legal experiance all will it be treated as void.
Please help.

They won't count part time work experience. I think Masood can throw some light on this issue too.
Thanks and regards.

What I understand is ,
The work experience should be legally obtained and within last 10 years.
Secondaly the experience is counted based on the hours you do, suppose you have a contract of 20 hours and you have worked for 2 months then based on the full-time equavelent it will be treated as 1 month (approx).
This is what i have understood of the criteria. I might be wrong.
Hope this helps
part-time work counts too. heston is correct re yrs of legal work experience during past 10 yrs.
