Hi, my brother is in HR at a big company in India with around 5-6 years of experience , I plan to call him to Canada.
I want to call him on a Visitors Visa & get the same converted to a Work Permit , is it legal , what is the process , how much time does it take......

Trust me getting a Visitor visa for ur brother is very very difficult. Cuz the immig office will see no reason of his returning back to India.
so try going for other options
I know one girl who came to this country through visiter visa, then she got work permit, and still she is working.
