Hello!
May 3 rd. is a working day for most people and so i donot think that anyone would volunteer esp. around the afternoon working hour time.
I could have helped you in case it was on a weekday and if i had no work at the office.
Your locatiion is very near the airport. It would be best for you to hire a Taxi (max. $25). Ask him to take the 427 higway.
OTOH, since it is just 2 suitcases max. you could take the TTC too.Airport-Kipling, Kipling to Kipling/weston and then 36 from there to Weston/finch. A taxi would be more convenient.

Sidenote : If your guests can wait until 8:00 pm in the airport, I volunteer to pick them up. Needless to say, it will be a FOC (Free of Charge). PM, if acceptable. My office is near Finch and weston and my home is 10 mins . from the airport by the lake.

Is this some kind of joke or are you serious ? Do you really expect people who come from india after such a long journey to wait like 7 hrs at air port ?
But thanks for ur advice again.

Anyway , as you had mentioned, you donot expect your guests to wait and i hope that someone else volunteers to help you during working hours.

Dear Aashu,
What I am writing is not related to your question. I am not in Toronto at present. Sorry about that.
This is about TK Saab's offer.
If I had all the time on my hands and not the CAD 20.00 I would gladly wait in free waiting facility at airport. (People do it in India a lot of times. Sometimes they have to catch a train connection after 12 hours.) In any case what would I do after coming home early? I would not be able to earn CAD 20.00 by reaching early. I have seen many people in India, running to cross the road, oblivious of traffic, and then stand for hours on the other side.
But I would not be able to do that with my guests. Why is that? Maybe a typical old tradition.
But as of today, I would just call a taxi and ride home.
I, personally, find TK Saab's offer, even given the limitations he has, and even though it does not meet the need, quite genuine and good.
Thanks TK Saab for the Canadiandesi spirit.
