I use whey protein isolate and I buy it from GNC. I also have 5g of creatine monohydrate, 2 multivitamin tablets, 50mg of zinc gluconate and vitamin B compound tablets daily. Its interesting how these trace elements like zinc, copper, chromium, boron, magnesium are important both for humans as well as plants

I was smiling when reading your posts because only last week I was looking up capsule filling machines. I don’t have the manufacturing process for whey protein isolate but I think it uses only reverse osmosis to separate the whey proteins, concentration by ion exchange followed by spray drying of the slurry to get the fine powder. I wonder if Amul in India manufacture whey proteins because they produce so much milk products.
Because I use creatine I drink a lot of water because I think it helps in filtration in the kidneys. I haven’t encountered any side effects and I have been using it for close to 2 years but once in a while I reduce the amount to 3 grams.
Its good to know that the western world is realizing the benefits of turmeric, garlic and mint. I wonder if someone will come up with the idea of using tulsi leaves extract as a supplement.

Hi TK
Though you didnt ask, I thought i'd offer some unsolicited comments
If you practice making roti's long enough, it shouldnt take so long to make 10 rotis. Do you use a large rolling pin (the north american kind) or the small one?
I am saying this based on the assumption that I have that Indian (ie from India) guys are generally not taught to cook? Am i right? wrong?
Place called Ghalib restaurant, sells fresh chaptis made and delivered by vegeterian lady from her home on order at the rate of 30 chapatis for $10. You have to place order one day ahead and u can pick up next day, there is no delivery.
