I did both levels from India when I was there last summer. If you want you can try distant attunement. There's a group on yahoo which gives distant attunements for both levels 1 & 2.

The group is Reiki_On. Level 1 attunements are on the 1st friday of every month and level 2 are on the 2nd Friday of each month.
