Please advise which Co. has best Long distance rates (phones) for India.

These may not be the best rates but Reliance India Call offers World class quality at 13.5 cents a minute. I have tried several other providers and this seems to be the most reliable. They offer both Pre and post paid dialing.

With Reliance beware of one thing. They end up charging in USD instead of CAD. I have been a victim myself. I believe there is some post in CD as well about this. Try G3Telecom as well. They are good as well at 10.9c

Reliance charged me also in USD once- but they reversed immediately on being notified. This happened when I recharged my account over phone- I re-charged several times on net and it never happened.
