I also started using SAERS service (23.99 per month,800 minutes) and connectivity is excellent.Both me and my wife are happy as everyday evening we can speak to our parents witout worry about keep checking the clock:)

Yes. Even Customer service of Sears is good. They did my switching in 4 days. Now,I can dial in 21 countries ( 800 mins for 23.99) by direct dialling. No access number or PIN etc.

If anybody is intrested in VOIP,and not using lot.....than try Yahoo VOIP.it is 9.9 cents per mins...But great way to adn crystal clear...also can call to many other countries.
