Kathiawadi - it is really doable.

We have following items that can be served by your drive-thru -

Vada-Paw
Dal-Vada
Samosas
Dabeli
Gota
Alu-Paratha (make role of it)

All other items can be altered to make them fast-food. For example Khaman-Dhokla, can served as Khamani enclosed in a pocket like Tako.

are puri shaak pan jaay..himmate mardaa to madade khuda...pan aa himmat ni bahu jaldi appointment naa male...idli sambar, pavbhaji, tame to surti chho, actually we can put all together..and pachhi juvo..

$ Store refers 2 stores where everything is peiced <= $1 .

Lots of delicious talks going on . I wonder the scarcity of Gujju / South Indian food in Toranto . I m sure even a small joint wud do brisk business if opened @ the right place .......... even if some1 concentrates only on 2- 3 item fare say dosa s & idli or pav bhaji & ragda pattice .

UAE & Bahrain r heaven for Indian eaters --- authentic food reasonably available -- imagine an unlimited thali for CAD 3/- !! . Tried the Gujju 'thepla' yesterday .
