I woulike to land in toronto mid-July 2006. Please suggest me a cheaper airline from your experience. I find Air India offers restrictive ticket Delhi-Toronto at Rs.30000.

Try Austrian Air, a year ago there were at INR 24000.
Its a connecting flight, via Vienna.

Check out Alitalia. Also you will be flying during peak season. If you can wait for a few more weeks peak season will be over. Check for fares in mid-August.

Some of the airlines will permit you extra baggage, if there is no room in that days flight, then to follow, as a new immigrant. Check on that angle too. It comes in handy for settling down. Asking is no crime.
