You can listen to PDF files insted of reading, it is possible after Adobe Reader 6.0, and the short cut is
ctrl+shift+b to read the entire document
ctrl+shift+v to read the current page
If it is not convinient to hear,because the voice is very fast,u can adjust that using the Voice Speed -> slow adjustment in the Control Panel.
word files you can convert to pdf and hear
Thanks for sharing the information and it can be useful (I didn't know about it). Can you please tell me how to stop the voice?
