I agree. Send a small (simple) thank you card... and if you bake (or someone in your family does) send over a cake, or some other 'goodies'.

My neighbour banged my car in Winnipeg.....when he came to pay for the damages I offered him beer ....that's it....he does not feel bad over the money loss
Incidently I always keep kingfisher in stock and offer them saying it is Indian Beer, try it for taste
