My health card is expiring in May.
Do I have to apply for the new card or does OHIP send me a new card automatically?
If I need to apply, how many days in advance, can I apply for the new health card?

You should be getting a letter from OHIP very soon. If you do not get it until March end then you can go by yourself and get it renewed. OHIP needs your picture so you have to go there
