Hi,

My brother is doing MS in NewYork. I would like to invite him to Toronto, but he is unable to get details how to apply for visiting visa to Canada.

He is holding F1(student visa). how to get the appointment for visa and what r the documents he need to provide?

There is a thing called 'TRV' temporary resident visa a.k.a. visitors visa.

please see cic.gc.ca website under visiting canada and you will have al details
